[APPLY] Feature Reporting Fellowship

Future Reporting Fellowship

Early-career journalists around the world are eligible for a reporting fellowship.

Rest of World is accepting applications for the Feature Reporting Fellowship. The program helps early-career journalists embark on an ambitious reported feature story about the effects of technology in Latin America, Africa, Asia, South Asia, the Middle East and Eastern Europe.

Applicants must have an interest in technology and/or business and some experience in reporting and writing longform features.

Interested journalists must submit story proposals that go beyond a typical assignment, requiring extended reporting (possibly across multiple locations), in-depth sourcing and a significant time commitment.

The selected fellow will be supported and mentored by the Rest of World features team throughout the program.

The successful applicant will receive a US$7,500 stipend.

The application deadline is June 30.
